Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Lucasstruve, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. If you find a defect in any item, please consult our limited warranty guidelines for help.

General Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

For returns or exchanges initiated due to a change of mind, please note that:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and returned in its original condition.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned in full.
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for online orders.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Condition of Returned Products

All returned items must be sent back in the condition you received them, including all original packaging. Should the item show any signs of wear, damage, misuse, or if parts are missing, additional charges may apply.

Quality Issues and Defects

Once your return or exchange is authorized, we will send you a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Ensure you include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email regarding whether your request is approved based on our guidelines. If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–3 business days, though it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
